If you want to hire honest and fastidious PWDs to handle your finances and your cash flow, hire deaf-mute persons. They follow rules, they are objective, they spot anomalies and correct them immediately and without question, they are obsessive-compulsive, and they are impervious to being swayed to do wrong.

This observation is based on my and my former co-employees' experience in working with them.
