Misguided analysts believe that Filipinos are disciplined abroad yet undisciplined in their own country.

Frankly, the issue has nothing to do with discipline.

It's Nakaisputing Mentality and Nakapambahay Mentality, both of which came about in the 1950s, right after the Second World War.
