Whenever I see Pride in NCIS New Orleans  on his balcony looking out on the street I feel like doing the same on our Cubao New Orleans French Quarter balcony too. ("Cubao" because the balcony is minus the gingerbread, which is difficult to maintain, and minus the akyat-bahay possibilities.)
