Posted this in 2009 in my old account:

This massage ball is made of soft rubber, and can help those who find it difficult to sleep at night.

When in bed, place the ball on your pillow and keep it steady between your head and your headboard so that the rubber spikes press lightly on your scalp. Focus on the pressure, visualize a still object or a scene that you like, and then make your mind hang like a frozen computer screen.

The ball can also be used to ease tensions in your shoulders by pressing sections of your shoulders on it.
